Shipping Policy

All items are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail. We are currently offering shipping to domestic orders only.

We are a small business that is constantly experimenting with best practices and methods for our current needs. In order to best manage time we  ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays only.  This will also help maintain product quality. Kombucha is a perishable product and we don't want yours left sitting in an office or on your doorstep over the weekend.  

 

Our kombucha is packaged in an insulated box with ice packs and will remain cool until it arrives. If you have ordered kombucha, please make sure to check the package as soon as it arrives and place in in a temperature controlled area (refrigeration)

Return & Exchange Policy

As our customer we want you to be happy. If you need to return an item send us a message within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns must be mailed back within 14 days of receiving item in new condition. You will receive a full refund for the item (minus shipping costs). 
Due to their nature, custom orders are nonrefundable. We will work with you to make sure you are happy with your order before it is shipped. If for any reason, you need to have something changed or adjusted when you receive it, you can return it and we'll adjust the item to your desire. You pay for shipping costs on returned items.
